Srinagar, Nov 07: The department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumers Affairs Kashmir on Tuesday said the department doesn’t seek any information from the rationees through telephonic calls and the beneficiaries have to approach their concerned Fair Price Dealers only for the ongoing e-KYC verification.
An official from the Food, Civil Supplies and consumers Affairs said that the department doesn’t seek any information from the rationees through telephonic calls and the beneficiaries have to approach their concerned Fair Price Dealers only for the ongoing e-KYC verification.
“The process of e-KYC verification doesn’t involve sharing of OTP or Aadhar number by the ration card holder.”
“The General Public and the ration card holders should not pay any heed to any unverified telephonic calls and they should immediately report the same to the police,” official said.
