Jammu, Sep 05: DBN Vidya Mandir Amarvilla marked Teachers’ Day with a vibrant celebration, spotlighting the dedication and efforts of its educators. The event commenced with a special assembly featuring cultural performances by students, honoring their teachers’ contributions.
Principal Ranju Malhotra emphasized the crucial role teachers play in shaping future generations, while also paying tribute to former President Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. The highlight of the event was the address by special guest Rizwan Uddin, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, who motivated teachers from DBN Vidya Mandir Mubarak Mandi, DBN Amarvilla, and SNS Vidya Mandir to unlock their potential through self-improvement and goal setting.
Rizwan Uddin, an advocate for personal development and leadership, encouraged teachers to embrace enthusiasm in both their lives and teaching practices. His message resonated deeply, as he shared his insights on fitness and stress management, arriving on a bicycle—a gesture that underscored his commitment to a healthy lifestyle and inspired many.
The event concluded with the recognition of outstanding teachers for their contributions, as DBN Trust Manager Rajender Kakkar reaffirmed the institution’s dedication to supporting teacher development. Other dignitaries in attendance included Vishu Dogra, Principal DBN Mubarak Mandi, Neetu Gupta, Principal SNS Vidya Mandir, and trust representatives Darshanlal Sharma and Balvinder Kumar.
The celebration highlighted the importance of teaching and reinforced the school’s commitment to fostering an environment of growth and learning for both educators and students.
