Senior Congress leader and Vice Chairman of JKPCC Kashmiri migrant department Shadi Lal Pandita died in a road accident near Sidhra when he was on way back after attending the meeting of Congress President Malikarjun Kharge and LOP in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi in Jammu today.
He was a dedicated Congress leader and a vocal voice of the cause of Kashmiri migrants. He remained associated with the party right from youth Congress, said Ravinder Sharma Chief spokesperson JKPCC.
The rank & file of the Congress party expressed shock over his death and conveyed heartfelt condolences to the family.
