Srinagar, Dec 22: The Tribal Affairs Department (TAD) of Jammu and Kashmir has provided 200 smart classrooms over the past two years in an effort to boost education in tribal areas across the Union Territory.
Abdul Khabir, Deputy Director of the TAD, informed Rising Kashmir that these modern classrooms have significantly appealed to students, fostering educational development in the tribal population.
Khabir said that the provision of 200 smart classrooms to government schools in tribal areas has created a conducive learning environment.
“Equipped with modern facilities, these classrooms offer students the necessary resources for an enhanced educational experience,” he said.
The Deputy Director highlighted the positive impact of smart classrooms on the education system in Jammu and Kashmir’s tribal regions, saying that students now find these technologically advanced environments more attractive for attending classes.
