Ganderbal, Feb 25: 13 Bn of SSB on Saturday organised inauguration ceremony for “Mobile Repairing Course” and “Tourist Travel Consultant Course” at Jammu Kashmir Youth Development Forum Institute Behama, Ganderbal.
A total of 25 youth (24 girls and 1 boy) are taking part in 33 days long “Tourist Consultant Course” and 20 boys are taking part in 50 days long “Mobile Repairing Course”.
Various programs like Medical Civic Action (MCA), Veterinary Civic Action (VCA) programmes, Human Resource Development programmes and Bharat Darshan tours for local youth etc. are being organised by 13 Bn SSB organized
The programme was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Kamal Kant, Commandant 13 Bn SSB Dignibal.
During the Inauguration ceremony of Mobile Repairing Course” and “Tourist Travel Consultant Course” Virender Singh Choudhary, Dy. Commandant delivered a welcome address in which he gave a brief note on the course programme.
Kamal Kant, Commandant 13 Bn SSB while addressing the participants about the benefits of courses said that after completion of the course youth will be able to generate self-employment in mobile repairing, tourist guide, travel consultant, tour manager etc.
Further, he advised youth to take keen interest and learn deeply to achieve a good career in future.
During the programme Som Nath, Second in Command, Virender Singh Choudhary, DY. Comdt., Md Hasnain, Dy. Comdt., Sandeep Rawal, Assistant Comdt.,(Comm) Simon Chilai, Asstt. Comdt and JK Youth Development Forum Institute President Abid Ahmad, faculty members and selected youth of both courses and other SSB staff were present.
