One among the top 10 candidates who cracked the NEET 2022 examinations, Haziq Parveez Lone says consistency, schedule, revision, overcoming the anxiety and self confidence are some of the major things a NEET aspirant needs to keep in consideration to qualify the exams.“One has to be very consistent to complete and revise the syllabi.”

“In biology and chemistry subjects, National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) textbooks are the best books to study,” he recommended.

In Physics, the NEET topper said, the class notes, revision and practice of numerical are very important.

“I used to study for 8-9 hours every day to qualify the exams with good ranking. I advise every NEET aspirant to study for at least 8 hours on average,” he said.

On asking about the schedule of his study hours, Lone said, “During my 11th and 12th standard, I used to be busy in regular classes till 6 Pm. However, till 9 Pm, I used to spend time with my family and after that I would study till 12:30 to 1 a.m.”

Lone said that after his 12th standard exams, he used to study during the morning hours from 5 a.m to 10 a.m and then he would take a break and restart from 1 p.m. “During those days, I used to sleep at 10 because without a rest, you cannot concentrate and focus on studies.”
