A woman was killed after a tree fell on her house (Koatha) due to gusty winds and lightening at Lab Pather near Machkhai area of Wanghat Kangan in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district, while three children of the said woman were injured.
The incident occurred on Friday late night.
Police sources said that a tree fell on Mud house due to lightening and Gusty winds and at that time the woman identified as Gulshana Bano W/O Bilal Ahmad Pakhtoon along with her three Children’s were present inside the Mud house.
He said four Cows including a woman died while her Three children’s recieved injuries and were taken to SDH Kangan for treatment.
Police have registered a case and started further investigation.
