Srinagar, Dec 21: The Jammu and Kashmir Higher Education Department on Thursday announced the Winter Vacations for Government Degree Colleges (GDCs) of Jammu and Kashmir Division, starting from December 27, 2023, to February 14, 2024.
Alok Kumar, Principal Secretary of the Higher Education Department J&K, said that all the Government Degree Colleges (GDCs) of Kashmir Division shall observe winter vacations from December 27th, 2023, to February 14th, 2024.
“However all the Government Degree Colleges in Jammu division falling under the winter zone shall observe the winter vacations from December 27th, 2023, to February 14th, 2024,” the principal secretary said.
He said that all the Government Degree Colleges in Jammu division falling under the summer zone will observe winter vacations from January 1, 2024, to January 10, 2024.
