An Unidentified female dead body was recovered from Power Canal at Thune area of Kangan in central kashmirs Ganderbal Police sources said.
Police sources said that an unidentified female dead body was recovered from Power Canal at Thune under jurisdiction of Police station Kangan.
He said some locals spotted a dead body floating on Power Canal and immediately informed police, adding that after getting the information police team reached the spot and fished out the body from canal with the help of locals.
According to the police sources that the dead body cannot be identified immediately.
Later the body has been kept in hospital for identification.
