Srinagar, Sep 01: Peoples Conference President Sajad Lone chaired a series of crucial workers’ meetings on Sunday in view of the upcoming elections and “reinforcing” grassroots engagement.
During the meeting of the Karnah Constituency, Lone delved into the urgent need to amplify public voices and ensure authentic representation, the party said in a statement issued here.
Sajad said the party’s strength lies in addressing genuine concerns and aligning with a public-centric agenda. He was joined by senior leaders Kaniz Fatima, Naseer Awaan and Youth JKPC Constituency President Karnah Jahangir Ahmad.
In another meeting with the workers of Kupwara Constituency, the PC President focussed on the critical importance of comprehensive public outreach. District President Hafizullah Mir, senior leader Rustum Ali Khan, and Kupwara Constituency Convenor Mushtaq Ahmad Khan were also present.
In a separate workers’ meeting for the Lolab constituency, Lone called on the party workers to strengthen the PC at the grassroots and reach out to the people of Lolab, especially the youth with the message of dignity and development for all. Constituency Incharge Lolab Dr Mudasir Shah, District President Hafizullah Mir, Molvi Gafoor and Mushtaq Ah Lohar were present.
Addressing the gatherings, Lone reaffirmed the party’s commitment to addressing every concern of the local populace with sincerity and rightful action. “Our most valuable asset is the unwavering support and hopes of the people attached to our leadership. We are committed to ensuring that every voice is heard and every concern is acted upon,” he said.
“JKPC is going to lead a transformative change which shall focus on the dignity of our people and their economic well-being,” the PC Chief added.
