Srinagar int’l airport to conduct walk-in-interviews for certified security screeners on 5th June

Srinagar, June 01:  Srinagar International Airport is all set conduct Walk in Interviews for 24 vacancies for Certified Security Screeners on 5th June for the period of three years on temperament basis.
As per the notification issued by Airports Authority of India (AAI) on behalf of its subsidiary AAI  Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company Limited invites eligible candidate to attend walk-in-interview for engagement of Certified Security Screeners on a fixed term Contract basis for a period of three years.
“It can be further extendable on need or performance basis at Srinagar International Airport,” it said.
The notice further reads that interested candidates many appear for the walk in interview with duly filled in application format along with original certificates and one set of photocopies therefrom 5th June 2023 onward from 11 am to 5 pm respectively at Conference Hall, Srinagar international Airport.
Director, Srinagar International Airport Kuldeep Singh Rishi told Rising Kashmir that it is golden employment opportunity for young people to join ILBS Screener and take off on a great career.
“This is a very important assignment at our airport. The In-Line Baggage Inspection System works as nerve centre of the aviation industry. This system is designed for rapid, accurate, and scientific inspection of the passenger baggage. This objective is achieved by using state of the art fully automated CTX machine,” he said.
Singh said as Security Screener they (aspirants) will be working on this system to ensure the safety and security of our passengers. This is a position of great responsibility and we offer a very lucrative package, he said.
Director Airport said they are an open and transparent organisation and assured that there will be no nepotism or favouritism. Recruitment will be conducted in fair and transparent manner, he said.
