Srinagar, Apr 28: In the wake of the recent tragic boat incident in Gandbal area of Srinagar, where a boat capsized resulting in the loss of lives, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) UT President Ravinder Raina on Sunday visited the affected area to extend condolences and support to the grieving families.
The incident, which occurred 12 days ago, claimed the lives of two minors. The body of the second minor, who had been missing since the accident, was retrieved from the Noorbagh area.
Recognizing the immense loss and pain experienced by the bereaved families, Raina assured them of the party’s unwavering commitment to providing all necessary assistance and support during this challenging period.
Accompanying Raina were several party members, including District President Srinagar Ashok Bhat, Party Spokesperson Altaf Thakur, Media Incharge Adv Sajid Yousuf Shah, Social Media Incharge Sahil Bashir Bhat, and respected Senior Leaders Ali Mohammad Mir and Showkat Gayoor.
