Baramulla, May 23: The auditorium hall of Boys Higher Secondary School Baramulla came alive with creativity and talent, as the Directorate of Nehru Yuva Kendra UT J&K, in collaboration with Chief Education Officer Baramulla, organized a grand district-level competition in painting, poetry, photography, and national song.

The event witnessed a remarkable turnout, with students from high schools, higher secondaries, and colleges competing fiercely for top honors.

After an intense battle of skills and imagination, Singhpora Kalan Zone emerged triumphant, securing the coveted first position in the painting category.

Tawheed Ahmad Dar, a brilliant student from Higher Secondary School Delina, showcased his exceptional artistic prowess and claimed the top spot in the painting competition.

The poetry competition saw another triumph for Singhpora Kalan Zone, with Zenat Shafi from HSS Khaitangan clinching the first position with her captivating verses.

Officials at the event said that the success of Singhpora Kalan Zone in the competition is a testament to the unwavering dedication and commitment of Fayaz Ahmad Shah, the Zonal Education Officer of Singhpora Kalan.

“Through his exceptional administrative skills, ZEO Singhpora Kalan has propelled the zone to new heights, and the results of this event serve as a testimony to his visionary leadership,” they added.
In recognition of their outstanding achievements, ZEO Singhpora Zone Fayaz Ahmad Shah, along with the Cultural Wing of Singhpora Kalan Zone, extended heartfelt congratulations to all the position holders, as well as the principals and staff members of HSS Delina and HSS Khaitangan. They also wished them the very best for their future endeavors.
The position holders from Singhpora Kalan Zone will now represent their district and zone in the upcoming provincial-level competition.
