Srinagar, Aug 05: The vibrant two-day carnival “Rindas Manz Rang” was inaugurated today at the Chotay Taray Foundation (CTF) office by Shantmanu, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, alongside Arjumand Makhdoomi, Founder President of CTF.According to a statement issued here, the carnival celebrates inclusion, creativity, and community spirit, offering a platform where children with disabilities can engage in fun-filled and skill-enhancing activities, while also showcasing vocational products made by them. From handcrafted stalls, art corners, food stations, and interactive games — Rindas Manz Rang brought color, joy, and purpose under one roof.The event witnessed a heartwarming turnout from locals, volunteers, educators, and supporters who joined hands in celebrating the abilities and talents of CTF’s special stars.
