NC felicitates newly appointed spokespersons

Srinagar, Jun 26: The newly appointed Provincial and Additional Spokespersons of the party, including Tahir Sayed, Akash Verma and Abrar Ahmed, were warmly felicitated on Thursday at the party headquarters, Nawa-e-Subha here. The event saw a significant presence of senior party leaders who extended their best wishes to the new appointees, the NC said in a statement issued here. Among those present were the party’s senior leaders and Advisor to CM, Nasir Aslam Wani; Treasurer Shammi Oberoi; Chief Spokesperson Tanvir Sadiq; State Spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar; Provincial Secretary Syed Tawqeer Ahmad; Minority Wing Convener JS Azad; Provincial Women’s Wing President Er. Sabiya Qadri; Social Media In-Charge Ifra Jan; and Additional Spokesperson Sheikh Ovaise. During the ceremony, the party functionaries expressed confidence in the new appointees, hoping they will effectively highlight the public welfare initiatives of the Omar Abdullah-led government, while also raising awareness about the pressing issues faced by the people.
