Srinagar, Jul 02: National Conference (NC) General Secretary and Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Khanyar, Ali Muhammad Sagar, conducted an extensive tour of the Khanyar constituency to assess the availability of essential supplies and civic amenities, including ration, potable water, road conditions, and sanitation.
During the visit, Sagar made stopovers at several localities across the constituency, engaging with residents and listening to their concerns regarding public services, the party said in a statement issued here.
Locals apprised him of multiple issues. Responding to the concerns, the MLA assured the people that their grievances are being taken seriously and will be promptly addressed. He took up several pressing issues with the concerned officials on the spot and called for swift redressal measures.
Reaffirming his commitment to responsive and people-centric governance, Sagar emphasised the importance of continued public outreach and accountability in addressing everyday civic challenges.
“Such visits would remain a regular feature to ensure that the administration stays connected with ground realities,” he said.
