The minimum temperature saw a rise in Jammu and Kashmir with Srinagar and Qazigund recording above sub-zero level on Thursday.
A meteorological department official told that Srinagar recorded a low of 1.3°C against the previous night’s minus 0.2°C . Today’s minimum temperature, he said, was above normal by 1.2°C for the summer capital.
