Srinagar, Feb 16: Dr. Aijaz Ahmad Dar (IN), Assistant Professor at the Department of Chemistry, University of Kashmir, has been recognized as an Emerging Investigator by the Journal of Crystal Growth and Design of the American Chemical Society (ACS) for the third consecutive time.

The journal selected around 60 young researchers from around the world based on their published work and overall research achievements. Dr Dar has received this recognition in 2021 and 2022. He has also been recognized as an Emerging Investigator by the Journal of Physical Chemistry (ACS) and Crystal Engineering Communications (RSC).

Recently, Dr. Dar was selected as a member of the Indian National Young Academy of Sciences (INYAS) under the Indian National Science Academy, New Delhi, for his significant contributions to research, teaching, and outreach activities.
