KPPL Edition-4: Chander, Rohan at butchering best in Dream XI, Hustlers Club victories

Jammu, Feb 14: Chander Mohan slammed a thunderous century, while Rohan Koul scored power-packed half-century and both were at the butchering best to guide their sides to resounding victories in the ongoing Kashmiri Pandit Premier League Edition-4 at KC Sports Club here.
In the first match, Hustlers Club got the better of Sharda Cricket Club Kashmir by a narrow margin of 10 runs. 
Batting first, Hustlers Club scored 158 runs in 20 overs, losing 6 wickets in the process. Rohan Koul top scored with 65 runs off 32 balls, studded with 4 fours and 5 sixes, while Sarthak Peshin contributed 49 runs off 40 balls with 7 fours and one six.
For Sharda Cricket Club Kashmir Akshay Dhar took 2 wickets by conceding 24 runs in his 4 overs.
In reply, Sharda Cricket Club managed to score 148 runs in 20 overs to lose the match by 10 runs. Sandeep top scored with 39 runs off 36 balls studded with 7 boundaries. 
For Hustlers Club, Rohan Koul captured 3 wickets, while Sarthak Khoda bagged 2 wickets.
For his brilliant all-round display, Rohan Koul was adjudged as the man of the match. 
In another match of the day, Dream XI crushed KCC Warriors by a huge margin of 209 runs. 
Batting first, Dream XI rode on an explosive batting display by Chander Mohan and Ronak K to score a massive total of 277 runs. Chander scored unbeaten 122 runs off just 56 balls, studded with 8 fours and 9 sixes, while Ronak smashed 93 off 41 balls with 10 fours and 5 sixes.
In reply, KCC Warriors collapsed at 68 runs in 11.2 overs thus lost the match by 209 runs. Rahul hat top scored with 38 runs off 27 balls with 4 fours and 2 sixes.
Rahul Koul took 3 wickets for Dream XI, while Vinod Bhat and Sumit claimed 2 wickets each.
For his magnificent century, Chander Mohan was declared as the man of the match.
The tournament is being organised by Lalitaditya Sports, Education and Health Organisation under the overall supervision of its President Sh Anil Bhat.
