Srinagar, Dec 26 : Kashmir is experiencing extremely cold weather, gripped by the intense Chillai Kalan, the hardest 40 day period of winter.
According to the Kashmir weather forecast, Srinagar recorded a temperature of -7.0 degrees Celsius.
Tourist destination places Like pahalgam and Gulmarg recorded a temperature of -8.6 ⁰C and -6.0⁰ C.
Budgam and Ganderbal recorded temperatures of -7.7°C and -7.0°C, respectively. Meanwhile, Bandipora and Baramulla recorded temperatures of -7.3°C and -6.1°C.
