Banihal Jan 10:  Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Vikar Rasool Wani Tuesday reviewed Bharat Jodo Yatra Preparations and held a series of Yatra mobilization programmes in Banihal area of District Ramban.

According to a party statement, Wani addressed Bharat Jodo Yatra Mobilization programmes at Khari and Ramsu areas of Banihal urging the people to make the upcoming Yatra successful, as that, it (BJY) is for the change and betterment of the people.

JKPCC President termed Bharat Jodo as the most significant movement in the country and said it (BJY) is against the assault on democratic institutions, rising unemployment, unprecedented price hike, hate and divisive politics which is harmful to the very idea of India.
He said the Congress Party will continue to fight against the wrong policies adopted by the BJP towards the people, he said.
“The ongoing Bharat Jodo Yatra led by Rahul Gandhi has infused confidence among the people Wani added  and appealed all like-minded secular parties  in general and people of Jammu and Kashmir in particular to join  upcoming Bharat Jodo Yatra with overwhelming majority to make it successful as that it (BJY) is a hope for all Indians”.
