Hakeem Yaseen demands power supply for locals from power project Brenwa

Branwar, Sept 13: Chairman Peoples Democratic Front (PDF ) and nominated candidate for assembly constituency Chrari sharief, Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen has demanded power supply on concessional tariff to the local consumers from the Mini Hydel power project, Brenwar in Chrari sharief constituency .He has also sought employment in the power project to the local youth as per the corporate social responsibility ( CSR) guidelines.
Addressing a public gathering at Brenwar in Chrari Sharief assembly constituency on Thursday, Hakeem Yaseen said that local educated youth should be given first priority for employment in various power projects of Jammu and Kashmir including Mini Hydel power project, Brenwar in accordance with the corporate social responsibility ( CSR) guidelines.
He said Brenwar area has remained totally neglected in terms of development and socio – economic emancipation during the previous regimes. He appealed to the people to strengthen his hands to help fulfill the agenda of all-round development of Brenwar area.
PDF Chairman said that Brenwar and its adjacent areas including Haejan , Bargah and Yusmarg are gifted with nature’s vast tourism potential which need to be exploited optimally to promote tourism activities in the area and exploring job opportunities for the local youth. He said his party PDF would leave no stone unturned to ensure construction of a modern cable car project from Neelnag – Yusmarg up to high altitude meadows of Bargah and phrassnag.
