In view of the inclement weather conditions across valley, the written test for the post of Counsellor (ATF) at the Institute of Mental Health & Neurosciences Kashmir (Psychiatry), scheduled for September 4, 2025, has been postponed to September 9, 2025.
Meanwhile, candidates have been advised to download fresh admit cards/Roll Number slips.
