Jammu, Jan 22: On the historical day of the consecration ceremony at Ayodhya, ‘Free Birds Music’, the prominent production house of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, on Monday launched a devotional song on Lord Rama in an impressive function held at Ranjit College of Education in Kunjwani.
Abhijeet Singh Jasrotia and Ramesh Arora, former MLC, were the chief guests. Manmeet Singh presided over the function. Former MLA Ashwini Sharma and Chairman NDA Sushil Singh Charak were the guests of honour. Dharminder Kumar, DDC Bishnah, and Rashid Rahil, Editor-in-Chief of Daily Asia Mail Group, were the special guests.
Director of Free Birds Music, Varun Gandotra, said the lyrics of the bhajan have been written by eminent writer Rahul Vohra, and the music has been composed by the young hearts sensation Dev Rajput. It was voiced by Pooja Lalotra, and DOP Sanjay Kumar played an indispensable role. The video has been directed by the very senior editor of the UT, Rahul Dutta. Major contributions were extended by Creative Head Vrinda Singh. The admirable roles of Ram, Lakshman, and Sita were played by Tarun Sharma, Sunny Singh, and Ritu Sharma.
Varun expressed hope that the audience would give more love to this devotional song than the more than 10 songs launched in the market by his banner. On the occasion, Varun Gandotra paid special thanks to senior journalist Vinod Kumar and Maharaj Vijay Parasher (Roop Nagar).
