Srinagar, Oct 16: Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) Vice Chairman G M Saroorion Monday held a crucial meeting with office bearers from Central Kashmir at the party’s headquarters here to assess the current political landscape in the valley and delve into various issues concerning the party affairs.
Attended by numerous party officials, the meeting saw comprehensive discussions on pertinent party matters, culminating in the formulation of a strategic plan to bolster the party’s foundations, the DPAP said in a statement.
Saroori encouraged party leaders to be actively engaged, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a strong connection with the masses. He stressed the need to raise public awareness about the party’s people-friendly agenda and its vision for a prosperous future for Jammu and Kashmir.
The meeting also addressed the upcoming public rally of DPAP Chairman, Ghulam Nabi Azad, scheduled for October 21 at Batamaloo. The party workers were directed to ensure maximum participation, transforming the rally into a grand event. Azad is gearing up to address thousands of workers at Batamaloo, and preparations are underway at full throttle.
The meeting was attended by senior leaders, including Chief Spokesperson Salman Nizami, Shoaib Nabi Lone (District President, Baramulla), Mohd Altaf Dar, Zonal President Peer Bilal, District President Srinagar Aamir Bhat, Shafat Gafar, Haleem Khan, Dr. G.M.
