SMC expands VBSY to Rathpora Eidgah
In a significant move, Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) expanded Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) to include Rathpora Eidgah in the programme to actively engage with the general public with the special Yatra.
The IEC Van, a key component of the VBSY initiative, was warmly welcomed by Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Dr Bilal Mohi-ud-Din Bhat and Chief Transport Officer SMC.
This expansion demonstrates the Corporation’s commitment to reaching out to communities and ensuring that citizens are well-informed about the various benefits and assistance programs offered by the Government of India.
Throughout the VBSY events, representatives from designated departments have been actively participating, utilizing the platform to provide in-depth information about the core objectives and procedural intricacies of their respective schemes.
