In order to review the progress of the Capex Budget 2023-24 and BADP, a meeting of Officers and engineers was on Thursday chaired by the District Development Commissioner Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan at the Meeting Hall of DC Office, here.
The DC reviewed tendering, execution and completion of projects under District Capex, UT Capex, NABARD and BADP.
Ayushi took strong note of the gap in authorization of projects and their allotments despite lapse of ample time of working season and directed concerned engineers to submit the list of works authorized but not tendered out yet.
She emphasized upon Officers and engineers to expedite the pace of projects as a short working season is left.
The DC directed the engineers to ensure that lapse of funds is avoided in the district.
She also directed SE, PWD to monitor the progress of tendering, execution and completion of projects, closely and ensure that all projects are completed within stipulated time frame.
Meeting was attended by SE PWD, Er Ram Lal; JD Planning Kupwara, Abdul Majeed; Executive Engineers, Assistant Executive Engineers and other concerned officers.
