Baramulla, July 06: The Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Government Medical College (GMC) Baramulla, under the leadership of Professor Ruby Reshi, organized an enlightening Continuing Medical Education (CME) event focused on Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL) and Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID). The event highlighted the significance of these conditions not only for the patients but also for the treating physicians.
Attended by a multitude of enthusiastic gynecologists from Baramulla, the CME served as a platform for in-depth discussions on the diagnosis and various treatment modalities associated with RPL and PID. The event fostered an environment of active participation, ensuring that all attendees stayed up-to-date with the latest advancements in these areas of concern.
With her expertise and insightful contributions, Principal GMC Baramulla Professor Ruby Reshi, played a pivotal role in guiding the discussions and shedding light on key aspects of RPL and PID. Her leadership and unwavering commitment to improving women’s health have made her a respected figure in the medical community.
The success of this educational event was made possible by the unwavering support of Dr Parvez Masoodi, the Medical Superintendent at GMC Baramulla. He said that Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL) and Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) are significant concerns for both the patients and the physicians treating them.
“During the current Continuing Medical Education (CME) session, the diagnosis and various treatment approaches for these conditions were thoroughly discussed,” he said.
