Army Officer dies of suspected heart attack in Baramulla

An army officer died of a suspected heart attack in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Sunday, according to officials.

 

An official said that the army colonel identified as OP Sharma, a resident of Uttar Pradesh, complained of chest pain and was immediately taken to MI hospital. 

 

“The officer was declared as brought dead on arrival,” he said. 

 

The deceased was posted at Dagger Division Baramulla.
