Srinagar, June 28: Army Commander Northern Command, Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, on Saturday visited the Strategic Strikers and assessed their combat readiness and preparedness levels.
According to a statement issued by the Northern Command on X, “Lt Gen Pratik Sharma, Army Commander Northern Command, visited Strategic Strikers and reviewed the operational preparedness. He complimented the formation for its integrated and synergised training and primed preparedness.”
During the visit, the Army Commander interacted with troops and senior officers, lauding their commitment to maintaining peak operational standards in a dynamic and sensitive security environment.
“The Army Commander emphasised on dynamic planning and situation-steeped preparedness levels to cater for any eventuality,” the statement added.
“Army’s continued focus on maintaining high levels of alertness and adaptability in view of the evolving regional security scenario, especially in strategically significant zones under the Northern Command’s jurisdiction,” the spokesman said.
