Anjuman Shari’i Shia organizes Fatimiyya Majlis

Srinagar, Nov 18: The Anjuman Shari’i Shia recently organized a series of heartfelt gatherings, known as Fatimiyya Majlis, across the Kashmir Valley, drawing large numbers of believers. These assemblies were dedicated to commemorating the life, legacy, and immense contributions of Hazrat Fatima Al-Zahra (AS), the beloved daughter of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and a paragon of strength, virtue, and piety in Islamic history.
In a press statement, the Anjuman highlighted the purpose of these events as not only a tribute to Hazrat Zahra’s exemplary life but also as a means to inspire believers to uphold her values of resilience, courage, and unwavering devotion to Islam.
At the Central Imam Bargah in Budgam, the president of the Anjuman, Syed Hasan Al-Musawi Al-Safavi, delivered a moving address that profoundly resonated with the audience. His speech centered on Hazrat Zahra’s unparalleled role in Islamic history and her pivotal contributions to the preservation of the Prophet’s teachings. Stressing her revered status, Syed Hasan underscored how her life serves as a beacon of guidance for believers worldwide.
He also took the opportunity to address pressing contemporary issues, particularly the ongoing violence in Palestine. Expressing deep concern, Syed Hasan called for an immediate ceasefire to halt the loss of innocent lives and prevent further regional instability. He emphasized the need for collective action and international solidarity to restore peace and justice in the region.
In another impactful congregation held at the Jamia Masjid Chhatargam, Agha Syed Mujtaba Abbas Al-Musawi Al-Safavi presided over the session. His discourse provided a profound exploration of Hazrat Zahra’s legacy, particularly her steadfast dedication to supporting her father, Prophet Muhammad (SAW), and her efforts to safeguard Islamic principles during challenging times.
Reflecting on modern societal challenges, Agha Mujtaba passionately urged attendees to draw inspiration from Hazrat Zahra’s life. He highlighted the critical role women play in shaping society, encouraging them to embody her spirit by actively participating in social and religious responsibilities. He emphasized that such actions are the truest homage to her legacy.
