JAMMU, June 13: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Jammu on June 23 toaddress a mega rally to highlight achievements of nine years of Modi government.
However, the venue of the rally is yet to be finalised. “We will hold a meeting with security agencies tomorrow and the venue of Amit Shah’s rally will be decided taking in view all the security concerns and clearance from the security agencies,” RavinderRaina, J&K UT BJP President, informed Rising Kashmir.
Raina said that the party has proposed a few venues for Amit Shah’s rally at Jammu and the final call will be taken tomorrow after meeting with security agencies.
The visit of Amit Shah to Jammu has been strategically planned by the BJP on June 23, the day coinciding with the Balidan Divas of Dr.Shyama Prasad Mukharjee.
Raina informed this while chairing a meeting at party headquarters in Jammu. Amit Shah, in the rally, will highlight the achievements of Modi Government in the last 9 years since 2014 as part of ‘MahaJan SamparkAbhiyaan’ programme.
RavinderRaina said that mega public rallies are being organized at each parliamentary constituency. The BJP has asked its workers and leaders to mobilise the people to make the rally a grand success.
