Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday visited Gandabal area of Srinagar, where six people drowned to death last week after a boat capsized in the river Jhelum.
In a post on X, LG Sinha said that he met the family members of the victims who lost their lives in the heartbreaking Srinagar boat tragedy on April 16 and expressed his deep condolences.
He assured all help and support. UT Administration stands shoulder to shoulder with the families, he said.
