Srinagar, Dec 1: Kashmir-based medico-cum-noted columnist Dr Tasaduk Hussain Itoo on Thursday announced to come up with his first book on public health.
In a statement, Dr Tasaduk said the book will be a compilation of health-related issues and it will be beneficial to the public at large.
“Public health awareness and education are the crucial need of the times and we should put our efforts best in fostering and imparting health education among the masses,” he said, adding, “The emerging trends of lifestyle diseases are concerning and these need to be addressed effectively at primary care level by passionately imparting health education and awareness among the public.”
