Dil Maange More: JKPF thanks Army for encouraging talented youth

Jammu, Dec 18: Chairman J&K Peace Foundation, Fayaz Ahmad Bhat has paid homage to the martyrs and heroes of armed forces on the occasion of Vijay Diwas.
“Remembering the courage and determination of armed forces on Vijay Diwas, the JKPF honored Captain Rahul Bali and other patriots,” the foundation said in a statement.
Mr Bhat appreciated the role and contribution of the Dil Maange More team and associated partners for promoting the independent, talented and aspiring young filmmakers of J&K and Ladakh, terming it a proud moment for JKPF for being associated with the Dil Maange team.
The Dil Maange More (Short Film Festival) was held on 16 December 2022 in which prizes were distributed to the winners. The prominent filmmakers who played an important role were Captain Rahul Bali, Imtiyaz Ali, Tariq Khan, Rahul Mittra, Umesh Shukla, Rahat Kazmi, Daisy Shah, Sara Ali, and other personalities.
“The mission of J&K Peace Foundation is to build a global community of young people leading and working together for a positive change conducting to sustainable development,” the statement said. “J&K Peace Foundation wants to create a generation that is powerful, aware, educated, employed; ready to eliminate the long-standing problems in our society and bring the change we all wish to witness.”
