Kishtwar, March 07: Dulhasti Power Station observed International Women’s Day under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav with great enthusiasm and zeal. Keeping a focus on women’s health Dulhasti Power Station organised a program on women’s health issues on 7th March 2023 for women employees and Trainee Apprentice (Women). Dr. Nisha Sharma, General Manager (Medical Services) was present during the programme as faculty.
MK Kashyap, Group General Manager (In-Charge) Dulhasti Power Station also attended the inaugural ceremony of the program and welcomed all participants of Dulhasti Power Station and speaking on the occasion he stressed upon the role of women in society in large and encouraged the participants to take advantage of the program by participating intensively. The program covered the topics like Women Health issues, Financial Planning of Women, How to Manage work life Balance, Gender Equality Today for a Sustainable tomorrow etc.
At the conclusion of the training program, MK Kashyap, Group General Manager (In-Charge) of Dulhasti Power Station took feedback from the participants and encouraged them to apply the learning in their official work and personal life and felicitated all 13 women employees and 06 Trainee Apprentices (Women) by presenting books for their contribution.
On this occasion, Doctor Nisha Sharma, General Manager (Medical Services) and Ashok Kumar, Senior Manager (Human Resource), along with participants of the training program was present.
