After Srinagar and Baramulla now Ganderbal admin asked people to Remove illegal encroachment around Water Bodies within the period of seven days.
According to an order issued by Irrigation and Flood Control Ganderbal directed the people of the district that whose ever encroached and constructed any structure in Irrigation and Flood control (I&FC) land have been asked to remove within the period of seven days.
The order further reads if anyone failed to remove the encroachment will be dealt asper law.
Apart from this, the cost of removing unauthorized encroachments will be received as a criminal violator. And under the water resource regulation and fachment act 2010 sub section 83, the action will be taken.
