Budgam, May 30: Warm Farewell Ceremony in honour of Gul Mohd Bhat, Deputy Director Planning/District Statistics & Evaluation Officer, Budgam, was organized at the district level on the occasion of his superannuation.

Speaking on the occasion, colleagues and departmental officers highly commended Gul Mohd Bhat for his distinguished service, unwavering dedication, and invaluable contributions during his illustrious 33-year career in public service.
During his tenure in the Chief Planning Office, Budgam, he played a pivotal role in strengthening district planning mechanisms, coordinating developmental initiatives, and facilitating evidence-based planning for the overall socio-economic development of the district.
As a mark of respect and appreciation, the officers and officials presented a heartfelt citation acknowledging his exemplary work ethic, professionalism, and steadfast commitment to public service.
