Member of Parliament Jammu-Poonch constituency, Jugal Kishore Sharma on Saturday participated in the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra at the Bari Brahmana town and engaged with the residents.

The local residents and members of the Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRI) extended a warm and enthusiastic welcome to Jugal Kishore Sharma.

Following the welcome, the MP administered the Sankalp pledge to all participants, fostering a sense of collective commitment towards the betterment of the community.

A notable part of the event was the live streaming of an interaction between the Prime Minister and beneficiaries through video conferencing. All participants had the opportunity to witness this engaging session, further connecting with the discourse.

Addressing the gathering, the MP highlighted the transformative impact of various government flagship schemes such as PMAY, PMJAY, PM Vishwakarma, PM-Ujjwala, KCC etc on the lives of citizens. Encouraging widespread awareness, he urged everyone to actively disseminate information about these schemes to ensure maximum participation and benefits.

Jugal Kishore Sharma emphasized the need for concerted and dedicated efforts from all sections of society to achieve the vision of a Viksit Bharat by 2047. He called upon the community to play an active role in this journey, contributing to the nation’s progress.

The MP also expressed appreciation for the District Administration Samba’s effective implementation of government flagship schemes in the District.

 

 Deputy Commissioner Samba, Abhishek Sharma, ADC Samba, Suresh Chander Sharma, Former Minister, Chander Prakash Sharma, MC Chairman, Bachan Lal, Ex Corporator, Pawan Bakshi and officers of District Administration were present on the ocassion.
