Sopore patient opts for CT scan at DH Bandipora

Bandipora, Jan 20: In a ground-breaking development, a patient from Sopore with a head injury chose District Hospital (DH) Bandipora for a CT scan, citing the hospital’s state-of-the-art facilities and round-the-clock services. This decision highlights the growing trust in District Hospital Bandipora as a reliable healthcare provider in the region.
The patient’s attendant, expressed their gratitude for the efficient and compassionate care they received. “I am amazed by the availability of 24×7 CT scan services here. The process was quick, the staff were professional, and I didn’t have to wait long. It’s reassuring to have such a facility nearby,” they said.

He praised the hospital, saying, “I was referred to GMC Baramulla but chose DH Bandipora instead. The staff here was cooperative and helpful. The service exceeded my expectations.”

Medical Superintendent District Hospital Bandipora, Dr. Masarat Iqbal Wani, urged locals and patients from adjoining regions to take advantage of the upgraded services. “We are committed to providing advanced and accessible healthcare to all. The 24×7 diagnostic services, including CT scans, are designed to cater to emergencies and reduce delays in treatment,” he said.
