Srinagar, Nov 21: A Expert lecture titled “How to publish and not to publish and how to increase citations and h-index.” was successfully conducted at Shalimar campus of SKUAST-K on Thursday.
Programme attended by Chief Editor of SKUAST Journal of Research Prof. Neelofar Banday, OSD Prof. Azmat Alam Khan Members of Editorial Boards and more than 70 researchers offered, practical insights into the intricacies of scholarly research impact.
The lecture was delivered by Prof. Nagendra Shah, a distinguished expert in Food Science and Dairy Technology from Melbourne Australia. Drawing from extensive experience and a strong academic track record, Prof. Shah emphasized the ethical research practices, choosing impactful topics and avoiding pitfall such as predatory journals and poor-quality submissions.
