Maqbool Shah Leads Pampore Constituency After First Round of Vote Counting

Pampore, Oct 08 : Independent candidate Maqbool Shah has taken the lead in the Pampore (32) constituency after the first round of vote counting. Shah has secured 1,675 votes, establishing a strong lead over his competitors.

Trailing behind Shah is former Member of Parliament and retired justice, Hasnain Masoodi, representing the National Conference (NC), who has garnered 1,063 votes so far. People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate Zahoor Ahmad Mir is in third place with just 316 votes.
