In a significant move ahead of the 2024 Assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) convened an important meeting in Anantnag today.

The meeting was graced by Ashok Koul, BJP General Secretary (Org), as the chief guest, and saw the participation of key party leaders including Rafiq Wani, Altaf Thakur, Mudasir Wani, Adv. Sajid Yousuf Shah, Er. Sahil Bashir, and Adv. Salman.

The event brought together the South Kashmir District Presidents from Anantnag, Kulgam, Shopian, and Pulwama, along with their respective District teams. The primary focus of the meeting was to strategize and reinforce the party’s structure in anticipation of the forthcoming Assembly Elections.

Addressing the gathering, Ashok Koul emphasized the urgency of strengthening the party at the grassroots level. He urged all party workers to actively engage in their respective constituencies and areas to ensure that the BJP’s presence and influence are maximized.

“The assembly elections of 2024 are approaching rapidly,” said Sh. Ashok Koul. “It is imperative that we bolster our efforts at the booth level and ensure that every worker is fully prepared for the election-related activities. We must connect with the people, understand their concerns, and address them effectively. Our goal is to make a significant impact and secure a strong position in the Elections.”

The meeting also served as a platform for party leaders to discuss strategies, share insights, and outline specific action plans for each district. The focus was on mobilizing party workers, enhancing voter outreach, and strengthening the organizational framework to ensure a successful election campaign.

The BJP leadership expressed confidence in their strategies and the dedication of their team, believing that these efforts will pave the way for a successful outcome in the upcoming Assembly Elections.
