Srinagar, Aug 20: Zafar Iqbal Manhas has resigned from his basic membership in the Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party.
Speaking to KNS, Manhas confirmed his resignation and said he will decide on his future course of action after consulting with party workers.
Manhas was a candidate for the Rajouri-Anantnag Parliamentary seat in the recent Lok Sabha elections. His resignation marks a significant shift in the political dynamics within the Apni Party as the region prepares for the upcoming Assembly elections.
