VAJK elects new body for District Baramulla

Baramulla, July 18:  Volleyball Association of Jammu and Kashmir (VAJK) on Tuesday held a meeting to elect the office bearers of District Volleyball Association Baramulla at Degree College Ground, Baramulla on Tuesday.
Voting for electing district-body office bearers was held under the supervision of Kuldeep Magotra CEO (Returning Officer), Ramesh Sharma (Treasurer) and Mohd Tariq (Joint Secretary) as Observers of VAJK.
Senior members of District Volleyball Association Baramulla besides presidents and secretaries of all the 22 volleyball clubs, affiliated to district association participated in the election meeting.
Abdul Majeed Dar was elected as President while Javid Iqbal Budoo made secretary of the district association for the next 4 years from 2023 to 2027.
Imtiyaz Hassan was elected as Senior Vice President while Mohammad Yousuf as Vice President, Khazir Mohammad as Treasurer and Mohammad Latif Bhat was elected as Joint Secretary of the district association.
The executive members included Mohammad Muzzafar, Shabir Ahmad War, Naseeba Jan, Insha Bashir, Shanaz Bano and Asia Jabeen.
On behalf of Volleyball Association of J&K, Kuldeep Magotra congratulated the newly elected Baramulla district volleyball association for the next 4 years.
