“We have decided to train MLAs for the first time MLAs regarding house proceedings and its different aspects and how the members should conduct in the Assembly,” Speaker, J&K Assembly AR Rather told Rising Kashmir.

The training of the MLAs will continue till 11th of January. The training which will start at 10 AM tomorrow at Jammu, is most likely to be held at the old Assembly complex to make the MLAs aware regarding positioning of treasury and opposition benches, and how to conduct during question hour and zero hour.
