Srinagar, Oct 22: Real Kashmir FC (Reserves) continued their dominance in the Srinagar Premier League by defeating JK Police XI 2-0 on Tuesday at TRC Ground, Srinagar.
RKFC started the match on a positive note, maintaining maximum possession of the ball. In the 20th minute, Aqib Mushtaq scored the first goal, followed by Talib scoring another in the 45th minute, making it 2-0 by the end of the first half.
In the second half, neither team managed to score, and RKFC Reserves secured the match with a 2-0 victory.
This marks RKFC’s third consecutive win, remaining unbeaten in the league so far. In their previous two matches, RKFC defeated North Hall United FC 6-0 and Ali Jana FC 4-0.
RKFC is the only club from Jammu and Kashmir competing in the I-League, one of the country’s top football leagues. The I-League matches are set to begin next month.
