Budgam, June 22: A sudden attack by stray dogs in Chewdara village of Beerwah tehsil in central Kashmir’s Budgam district has left several individuals injured, with three being critically hurt.
According to local resident Rameez Ahmad Zargar, at least seven people were injured in the attack. “Three persons, including Ali Mohammad Sheikh, Abdul Ahad Dar, and Ghulam Qadir Dar, sustained multiple injuries. They have been transferred to the hospital for treatment,” he said.
Zargar added that the condition of all the injured persons is stable. Medical teams from the Beerwah Sub District Hospital Beerwah visited the village to provide further medical treatment to the injured individuals.
Dr Gul Afroz, the Incharge Block Medical Officer of Beerwah, urged those who have been injured in the stray dog attacks to come forward and receive necessary treatment.
