Baramulla, Sep 10: The Department of Youth Services and Sports, Zone Singpora Kalan, Wednesday organised inter-school zonal level cricket selection trials for Under-19 boys at the High School Ground, Singpora Kalan.
A statement issued here said that as many as 30 enthusiastic and talented students participated, demonstrating their skills, determination, and passion for the game. The trials were conducted in a transparent and competitive manner, with top performers selected to represent Zone Singpora Kalan in the forthcoming inter-zonal district-level cricket competition. Officials said the initiative is aimed at identifying and grooming promising young cricketers, providing them with a platform to excel and make their mark at higher levels.
