Srinagar, May 06: Secretary YSS Govt. UT J&K Sarmad Hafeez,IAS congratulates Vijay Saraf for being elected as general Secretary of Wushu Association of India.
He said, it is a great gesture and honour for the UT J&K to hold the position of General secretary of the country. Wushu Sports is doing a splendid job for UT J&K at the International arena. Wushu Sports is decorated with Asian Games Medal,World Championship and Lone Dronacharya Award.
Moreover, recently in the 36th National Games, Wushu Sports shared 06 Medals out of 12 Medals in Total for UT J&K. He wished all the best to him and assured full support for the development of wushu across the UT J&K.
Secretary Nuzhat Gul also congratulated him for the great feat and assured that he will bring the UT J&K at the national forum.She also welcomed the decision of Holding National Wushu coaching camp at Srinagar for the forthcoming 19th Asian Games.
Director YSS also congratulated him for being unanimously elected as general Secretary of the Wushu Association of India. Kiran Watal, President of Gymnastic Association of J&K, also congratulated him and said it is the result of his dedication and sincerity with the Wushu sports that the whole country trusted him for the post.
